I :Aq-J-/1 D ,'.~... ~../ _.4 IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF WASHINGTON COUNTY,PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS'COURT DIVISION ESTATE OF: JAMES W.BROWN ) ) ) No. PETITION TO SETTLE SMALL ESTATE The Petition of Cornelia Brown respectfully repre- sents: 1.The decedent,James W.Brown,died July 10,1971 a resident of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania. 2.Your Petitioner,whose address is 26 Gibson Avenue, Washington,pennsylvania is the surviving widow of decedent,and Petitioner did reside in the household of decedent from their marriage on June 4,1923 until the date of death of decedent. 3.Decedent died intestate. 4.Decedent was survived by the following individuals as his sole intestate heirs: Cornelia Brown,surviving widow, James S.Brown,son,William W.Brown,son, Gloria Brown,Thomas,daughter. 5.The person entitled to the family exemption is Cornelia Brown,Petitioner. 6.Decedent left no real estate~The family residence at 26 Gibson Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania was owned as a tenancy by the entireties between decedent and Petitioner. -_..-..... Decedent did leave the following item of personal property: Savings account No.178-09-7769 in Mellon National Bank and Trust Company having a balance at the date of death of $1,707.96 7.The only creditor of this estate is Quinn R.Banks Funeral Home for the funeral ahd burial expenses of One Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Three and 50/100 ($1,473.50)Dollars. WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays that your Honorable Court direct distribution of the aforesaid savings account to Petitioner and to Quinn R.Banks.
