1.That James R.Robbins,residing at R.D.#1,Coal
Center (Borough of Long Branch),Washington County,Pennsylvania,
died testate on June 7,1971.
2.That the Last Will and Testament of James R.Robbins
was probated in the Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsy1-
vania,and Letters of Administrat:i!on C.T.A.were issued to James
Pascaret on July 22,1971.
3.That the total inventory of the assets belonging
to the decedent has not been fully accumulated although there is
personal property in the approximate value of $3,000.00 and
and real estate valued in the approximate neighborhood of
$4,200.00.
4.That security has been entered by your Petitioner
in the sum of $10,000.00 with the United States Fidelity and
Guaranty Company as surety on the bond.
