KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Whereas, at Washington, in the County aforesaid
on the 19th. day of July A. D. 19 71 , before me,
Russell Marino , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of
Albert P. DuJordan
late of The Borough of Charleroi in the County aforesaid, deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and
Fred Deambroggi
the Executor in said Will and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Russell lVIarino , Register as aforesaid:, do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
Fred Deambroggi
committing unto Him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring Him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Officre, at W a'shington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

of the Borough of Chaxlexoi, Washington County, Pennsylvania, being
of sound and disposing mind, memory and unde:rstanding, do make,
publish and declare this my Last Will and Testame:nt, here:by revoking
and making void any and all Wills by me at any time hexetofoxe made.
1. I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid
as soon as conveniently possible after my decease.
2. I give, ·devise and be:queath al_l of my estate, xeal, personal
and mixed, to my bxothex-in-law, Fxed Deambroggi. · In the event my
brother-in-law,. Fxed Deambxoggi should pxe:decease Il}e, however, then
I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, r~al, personal and
. . mixed, to my nephew, Ronald DuJo:rdan.
3. I nominate and appoint my bxothex-in-law, Fxed Deambxoggi,
to act as Executox of my estate. In the event my bxothex-in-law,
Fxed De:ambxoggi, fails to qualify ox :refuses to act as the same, then
I nominate and appoint my nephe:w, Ronald DuJoxdan, . to act as my
Exe·cutox.
