Her the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring Her
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Offi,ce, at W a!Shington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

I, HELEN PRtVUZNIK, also known as HELEN PRAVUZNIK, of
Canton Township, Washington County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, do
make this, my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking in full any
and all wills heretofore made by me:
FIRST: I direct my Executrix hereinafter named to
pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND: All the rest residue, and remainder of my
property, whether real, personal, or mixed, o~ whatsoever nature or
description and wheresoever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath
unto my beloved grandchildren, LARRY JOHN PREVUZNIK, GEORGE THOMAS
PREVUZNIK, and EILEEN DENISE PREVUZNIK, to be theirs, in equal
shares, absolutely, forever.
THIRD: In the event that one of my said

shall predecease me leaving issue,. I give, devise, and bequeath the
portion of my estate which the deceased grandchild would have received

under the terms of this Will to the issue of the deceased grandchild!
who survive me, per stirpes.
,FOURTH: In the event that ?ne of· my said grandchildr n
has predeceased me, without leaving issue, I direct that the share
of my estate which would have been the property of the said prede-
ceased grandchild if that grandchild had survived me shall be re~
tained in the residue of my estate and distribut~d to the persons
to whom the residue of my estate is devised and beaueathed.
·FIFTH: In the event that any person who is a minor
becomes entitled to any portion of my estate I name GEORGE BUCK, of
Webster, Fayette County, PennsylVania, guardian of the estate of the
said minor.
SIXTH: In the event that my daughter-in-law MARY I
PREVUZNIK, should predecease me and I am survived by a minor grandchild

SEVENTH: I name my daughter-in-law, MARY PREVUZNIK,

she is for any reason unable to serve as my Executrix, I·name the
said GEORGE BUCK, Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament. In
no event shall my perso~al representative be required to give bond,
whether nr not he or she is a res~dent of the Commonwealth of

FIRST: I direet my Exeeutrix hereinafter named to
pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND: All the rest residue,· and remainder of my
property, whether real, personal, or mixed, o~ whatsoever nature or
description and wheresoever situate, I give, devise, and bequeath
unto my beloved grandchildren, LARRY JOHN PREVUZNIK, GEORGE THOMAS
PREVUZNIK, and EILEEN DENISE PREVUZNIK, to be theirs, in equal

THIRD: In the event that one of my said grandchildren
