Pass, Jr., Esquire, respectfully represents: 1. That George Horner, hereinafter referred to as "Decedent", died on June 30, 1971, having his domicile at Nugent Street, Township of Cecil, Washington County, Pennsylvania, leaving a Last Will and Testament dated January 23, 1937, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto a9A made a part hereof as Exhibit "A". 2. That on July 12, 1971, Letters Testamentary were granted to Mary Horner Reconnu hereinafter referred to as "Petitioneru. 3. That complete advertisement of letters was made in the Washington County Reports and the Observer-Reporter, the first publication having been made on the 1st day of November 1971 and on the 8th day of November 1971 and on the 15th day of November, 1971, respectively. Proofs of publication marked Exhibit "B" are attached. 4. The decedent had an interest in real estate at the time of his death which was sold in 1972 to Joseph Scarton and Eva Scarton, his wife, for the sum of $2,900.00 which cash remains in the decedent's estate as personalty. --------------- 5. That the only personalty decedent owned at the time of his death was one 1936 Ford automobile which was sold for the sum of $350.00 by your Petitioner as Executrix. 6. That the decedent named the following legatee as his heir under the Will: Relation- NAME ship Mary Horner Reconnu Sister STATUS Sui Juris ADDRESS 12 Rase St. Coraopolis Pa. 15108 7. That the decedent was not survived by a spouse. -8. That the Consent to the Petition of any legatee or heir is unnecessary as your Petitioner is the sole legatee of all property decedent possessed and owned at the time of his death. 9. That the Family Exemption is not being claimed. 10. That the Consent of the Agent of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the collection of Transfer Inheritance Taxes is attached hereto as Exhibit "c". 11.
