LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

MARY C. HARTMAN
I, MARY c. HARTMAN, of Monongahela, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do
make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Testaments or Writings in the nature
thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my just debts, funeral expenses and costs
of administration to be paid as soon as may be conveniently done
after my death.
and remainder of my property and estate, real and personal, of
whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever the same shall be situ-
ate at the time of my death unto DOROTHY H. FAER and LILLIAN
RIGGINS, in equal shares, in fee per stirpes.
THIRD: I nominate, constitute and appoint DOROTHYH. FAER
to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
