TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The petition of Nora F. Langdon respectfully represents:
1. That she is the widow of the decedent, Joseph T. Langenbacher,
and the sole heir-at-law and next of kin of Joseph T. Langenbacher, who died
on the 3rd day of November, 1957, a resident of Washington County, Pennsylvania
his residence at the time of his death being 259 Vine Street, Canonsburg,
Pennsylvania;
2. That your petitioner, Nora F. Langdon, remarried on June 1, 1960,
thus causing her name to be changed from Nora F. La.ngenbacher to Nora F.
Langdon;
3. The said Joseph T. Langenbacher, died in testate, survived by
his 1vidow, your petitioner, and no children nor issue of deceased children;
4. That your petitioner is of age and sui juris and resides at
259 Vine Street, Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. She did form part of the same
household as the decedent at the time of his death and is, therefore,
entitled to the Family Exemption.
5. That the estate of the said Joseph T. Langenbacher, consisted
at the date of his death, entirely of personal estate and did not exceed
in value the sum.c. of $2,500.00, having an actual total value of $630.00
and consisting specifically of:
(a) Certificate No. CO 152387, for nine (9) Shares
of Continental Can Company, Inc., Common Stock.
(b) Certificate No. CO 192200, for nine (9) Shares
of Continental Can Company, Inc., Common Stock.

6. Subsequent to the decedent's death by virtue of various stock
splits, in addition to the Certificate to Stock enumerated under the
follmving additional shares, have come into the name of Joseph T. Langenbacher:
(a) SF 0043264, Continental Can Company, Inc.,
thirteen (13) Shares of Common Stock.
(b) SU 0030189, Continental Can Company, Inc.,
Nine (9) Shares of Con~on Stock.
7. The decedent was not employed at the time of his death and no
salary, wages, or accrued pension payments were due him or have been received
by your petitioner or anyone else since his death;
8. That the assets enumerated in Paragraph's 5 and 6, supra, are in
the possession of your petitioner;
9. That no administration has been raised upon the estate of the
said Joseph T. Langenbacher;
10. That decedent 'tvas not indebted to anyone at the time of his death,
however, by virtue of his last illness and burial, the decedent incurred the
follow·ing expenses for which a bill is attached hereto as Exhibit "A":

And there are no other creditors or parties interested in decedent's estate
of 'tvhom petitioner has knowledge. Your petitioner from her own funds has
paid the funeral bill.
11. That your petitioner has filed with the Register of \~ills of
l\Tashington County, Agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the
collection of Inheirtance Tax, and RCC-103 ~nheirtance Tax Return For
Insolvent Estates Only of Resident Decedents) indicating that the said
estate is insolvent and no Inheirtance Tax is due, a copy of which is
attached hereto as Exhibit "B";
~\THEREFORE your .petitioner prays your Honorable Court to direct
distribution in accordance with the provisions under Section 202 of the
Fiduciaries Act of 1949, as amended,
