TO: THE HONORABlE JUDGE OF THE SAID COURT
The Petition of Charles J. Sobansky, Administrator,
respectfully represents:
1. That Stanley J. Lekwart, died a resident of
. .
Canton Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, on the 31st day
of May, 1971, intestate.
2. That Letters of Administration were granted to
Charles J. Sobansky, on June 29, 1971, upon the filing of your
Petitioner of an Administration Bond in the sum of Five Thousand
and no/100 ($5,000.00) Dollars. See Bond Book 64 , Page 199.
3. The said decedent died seized of interest in the
following parcels of ground being Lots Nos. 230 and 231 in the
Tylerdale Land Company's Plan laid out by the said Tylerdale Land
Company as an addition to the town of Washington, Pennsylvania;
situate in Canton Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania; (sale
of which has been negotiated), the said lots being separately
bounded and described as fol~ows, to-wit:

LOT NO. 230 BEGINNING at a point on the
Northeast side of Wylie Avenue; thence by
line of Lot No. 229, one hundred forty (140)
feet to Charles Street; thence along Charles
Street thirty (30) feet to line of Lot No. 231;
thence by line of Lot No. 231, one hundred forty
(140) feet to Wylie Avenue; thence along Wylie
Avenue thirty (30) feet to the place of begin-
ning.
lOTri:NO. 231 BEGINNING at a point on the north-
erly side of Wylie Avenue on the line of Lot No.
232 in the plan hereinaoove referred to; thence
along the line of Lot No. 232, one hundred forty
(140) feet to the southerly line of Charles
Street; thence along-the southerly line of
Charles Street, in a westerly direction, thirty
(30) feet to the line of Lot No. 230 in said plan;
thence along the line of said Lot No. 230, in a
southerly direction, one hundred forty (140) feet
to the northerly line of Wylie Avenue; thence
along the northerly line of said;Wylie Avenue, in
an easterly direction, thirty (30) feet to the
place of beginning.

BEING the same two lots or parcels of ground conveyed
to Stanley J. Lekwart, with the buildings and appurtenances thereo
by Deed of Pawel Lekwart and Zofia Lekwart, his wife, dated Januar
19, 1960, and recorded in said \.Jashington County in Deed Book 1066
page 353.
4. The property has been appraised for Inheritance
Tax purposes at $ 550.00 and a sale has been negotiated
for Thirty-eight Hundred and no/100 ($3,800.00) Dollars, to Marvin
E. Kelley and Sharon L. Kelley, his wife, of Canton Township,
VJashington County, Pennsylvania.
5. The total assets of the estate, including the
sale of the real estate, appear to be $ 3,800.00.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner respectfully prays that
your Honorable Court·determine if additional security is needed as
required under Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, and
He will ever pray, etc.
