Your Petitioner has entered into an Agreement for the sale of the aforesaid realty to Helen Sagul, one of the heirs. Attached as Exhibit C is the Agreement executed by your Petitioner and Helen Sagul. 7. All of the heirs of John Sagul, deceased, have consented to the sale by your Petitioner to Helen Sagul of the aforesaid realty for Nine Thousand Dollars ($9,000.00). The premises are located at the intersection of Castner Avenue and .McCrea Avenue, described as Lot #19 in Block #4r of the Union Improvement Company's original town of Donora, and fronting 30 feet on the south side of McCrea Avenue and extending 135 feet to Dakota Alley. Erected thereon a a fairly modern brick dwelling of co~rete and brick of four rooms wit~ full basement, bath, furnace, and modern plumbing and in a good neighborhood. As a result of this appraisal at the present time I am of the opinion that the fair market value of this property, for the purpose of this appraisal, is $9,000.00. In the case of securities of close or family corporations, the values reported are as far as possible substantiated by financial statements of the corporations, showing the assets and liabilities thereof as of the date of death. The schedule also sets forth the interest of decedent at the time of death in any co-partnership or business, and in support of the value of such interest there is annexed to said schedule, financial statements showing the assets and liabilities of said co-partnership or business. A copy of the co-partnership agreement, (if oral, a statement setting forth the nature of the agreement) together with a statement setting forth the character of the business, its location, and such other facts pertaining to the business as may be pertinent to a fair and just appraisal of the decedent'~-in teres~: therein must be submitted. It should also set forth in itemized form, together with the fair market value thereof, any other property owned or bequeathed by the decedent at the time of death.
