KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Whereas, at Washington, in the County aforesaid on the 28th. day of June A. D. 19 71 , before me, Russell Marino , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvani~, the last Will and Testament of William C. Jfl.ughner late of Centerville Borough in the County aforesaid, deceased, (a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and Oliver N. Hormell the Executor m said Will and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken and subscribed the oath of office prescribed by law; NOW, THEREFORE, I, Russell Marino , Register as aforesaid, do grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said Oliver N. Hormell committing unto Him the administration of all and singular the goods and chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring Him to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at Wa,shington, within ninety days from the date hereof, and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes. Pennsylvania, do make. publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at anytime heretofore made. FIRST: I direct thaf my Executor hereinafter named, pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be practicable after my decease. SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of my property. real, personal or mixed, of which I die seized or possessed or to which I may be entitled at my decease to my beloved son WILLIAM C. LAUGHNER, JR. THIRD: I nominate, constitute and appoint my beloved sister MARY IRENE ZALVYDRIGA, to be the Guardian of the person of my son for so long a period as he remains a minor under the age of twenty-one (212_. and I direct that she shall not be required to enter security in any jurisdi'Ction in which she may act.
