The Petition of HELEN G.AlMAN,respectfully represents:
1.That Helen G.Aiman,also known as H~len Gertrude Aiman also known
s Helen Aiman,deceased,late of R.D.#I,Scenery Hill,Washington County,Pennsylvania
ied intestate on April 7,1971.
2.That Letters of Administration were issued upon her Estate to Helen G.
iman by the Register of Wills of this Court on June 15,1971.I 3•AI Ihe lime of her deolh ,one of Ihe ossets of Ihe Dec edenl consisIs
of the following described property:.
ALL that certain tract of land situate in Somerset Township,
Washington County,Pa.bounded and describerd as follows:
BEGINNING at a point,which point is in the center of a red-
dog road and property now or formerly of W.Swagler and property
herein conveyed,thence along the property now or formerly of
W.Swagler North 42°West 742 feet to a point:on t~e right-of.:..
way of the Pennsylvania Railroad,thence along said right-of-way
of the Pennsylvania.Railroad North 21°53 1 East 150 feet to a point;
thence along the same,North 30°23''East,1,412 feet to a point;
thence a long the same,North ISO 08 1 East 300 feet to a point in the
center of the aforesaid red-dog road;thence along said red-dog
road,South 8°52 1 East 800 feet to a point in said road;thence South

Linda E.Horwarth,his wife,and 10.0611 acres to Robert J.liddle,Jr.and Jacqueline
K.liddle,his wife,for the sum ofThree Tho~sand Two Hundred Five ($3205)Dollars
and Five Thousand ninety-five {$5095)o_Dollars respectively.
5.That this is the best and highest price your Petitioner is able to obtain
therefor,and believes that the said EIGHT THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED and no/IOO••••••
($8,300.00)DOLLARS is a fair and full price for the property.
6.The entire property is assessed in the names of John C.and Helen Gertrude
Aiman as 19.472 Acres surface for a total assessment of $295.00.
7.That your Petitioner has filed with the Register of Wills her Bond in the sum
