TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The petition of Gladys N.Sacco respectfully represents

The decedent,Levi James Sacco,was a resident of
East Bethlehem Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and
died on March 14,1971.

All persons entitled to share in this Estate are sui
juris.

The only property of the estate of Levi James Sacco
is a check due from the Social Security Administration,
Occupational Disease Divi$ion in the amount of $79.25.

The decedent,Levi James Sacco,owed no money and
the only creditor is your petitioner who ha$assumed and paid
for the burial expenses in the amount of $1,200.00.

WHEREFORE,your petitioner respectfully requests this
Honorable Court to enter an Order whereby the check from the
Social Security Administration be paid over to the petitioner
to defray the expenses of burial.

consideration of the foregoing petition,and pursuant to
the provisions of Section '202 of the Fiduciarie$Act of 1949
as amended,the check due the Estate of Levi James Sacco from
the Social Security Administration in the approximate amount of
Seventy-nine and 25/100 ($79.25)Dollars is to be distributed and
awarded to Gladys N.Sacc9 in order to defray ,the eXPenses for
burial assumed by the said Gladys N.Sacco.
