OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE:
The petition 6f MARY SACKINSKY through her attorneys,BLOOM,
BLOOM,ROSENBERG &BLOOM,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow and sole heir of Stanley
Sackinsky,deceased.
"2.That the decedent,Stanley Sackinsky,died intestate on
October 23,1970,his last place of residence being Finleyville,Washington
County,PenB/?ylvania.
3.That your petition has not applied for nor been granted Letters
of Administration.
·4.That the estate of the decedent amounts to less than Twenty-
five Hundred ($2500.00)Dollars and is composed of the following:

Education and Welfare under the Federal
Coal Mine Health and Safety Act

heir.It is not necessary to notify any other parties by certif'ied mail.
7.That this petition for settlement is made pursuant to the
provisions of Article II,Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as
amended,effective November 10,1959,decedent having died domiciled in the
'Commonwealth of Pennsylvani=l.,County of Washington,with an estate con-
·-sisting entirely of personal property of a gross value not exceeding Twenty-
Five Hundred ($2500.00)Dollars.

and DECREED that the entire amount of the estate of the decedent Stanley
Sackinsky,deceased,consisting of $1,050.30 shall be paid to the petitioner
