TO THE JfONORABLE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
'!'he Petition of Mal!\ha Vercamen respectfully represents:
.1.That Ernest E.-Vercamen died in testate .on January 23,1971,
at·C.Howard Marc~HoBpital,--Leach-F·arm-·Roaq.,Pittsburgh,Allegheny County,
Pennsylvania.
2.'!bat the Petitioner,Martha Vercamen,and the decedent,
Ernest E.Vercamen,were married on Janusrr 4,1936 at'Wellsburgh,West
Virginia.
3.That your Petitioner,Martha Vercamen,and the Decedent,
.Ernest E.Vercamen,·her husband resided at 9?3 Crest Avenue,Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,just prior to his death on January 23,
1971.
4.That the Deceased,Ernest E.Vercamen,died without leaving
any Will,and that Martha Vercamen,the Petitioner herein,is the sur-
viving spouse and the only other heirs at law is their son Robert E.
Vercamen who resides at 927 Meadow Avenue,Charleroi,Washington Co~ty,
Pennsylvania,and their daughter Mary Lou Perry who re~ides at 403 Shady
Avenue,Char1eroi-,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
