attained the age of twenty-one years,do hereby acknow1edge'that I
have this day received of.and from PITTSBURGH NATIONAL BANK,my Guardian,
duly appointed by the·Orphans'Court of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
the sum'of Si~Hundred Seventy Eight and 40/100 ($678.40)Dollars,being
the amount awarded me at No'.·63-71-610 of the Court of Corrunon Pleas
of Washington County,Pennsylvania,Orphans'Court Division in full
satisfaction and payment of all claims which I have,or might have,
