The Petition of Alberta M.Knaell respectfully represents:
1.That she was duly appointed on August 8th,1967 by the
Register of Wills of this County as Administratrix of the Estate of her
mother,Rosetta Lanham Kerr,alk/a Rosetta Kerr,alk/a Mrs.Charles B.
Kerr,who died a widow and intestate on July 21,1967,a late resident
of the Borough of Stockdale,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That your Petitioner duly filed in the said Register of Wills
Office,the Inventory and Appraisement which discloses as an item of
asset real property upon which are erected improvements,situated in
the Borough of Stockda.le,Washington County,Pennsylvania,which your
Petitioner proposes to sell,and an Exhibit of Description of said real
property is attached hereto.
That the decedent neither owned nor had an interest in any
other real estate at the time of her death.
3.That attached hereto and made a part hereof,and marked
Exhibit "A"are the affidavits of two responsible persons,familiar with
real estate values,giving the fair market value of TWELVE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED AND NO/IOO ($12,500.00)DOLLARS on property proppsed to be sold'
which is described in Exhibit of Description attached hereto.,
~.That ·the only personal estate of the decedent was balance
of cash in Checking Account No.~-176900,in the Charleroi Office of

the Pittsburgh Nat~onah'BanK,in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TEN AND 98/100
($110.98)DOLLARS.
ALL that certain tract of land situate in the Borough of
Stockdale,Washington County,Pennsylvania,more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point Bt the northwest corner of Lot No.25 in
the,Joseph and Cyrus Stockdale Plan of Lots;thence along the dividing
line between Lots Nos.25 and 26 for a distance of One Hundred Fifty-
seven (157)feet,more or less,to the northwest side of a Thirty (30)
foot private street;thence south 56-1/2-west along said private
street for a distance of Thirty (30)feet;thence south 4-2-east along
said street and ~long lot of Joseph Copko for a distance of One
Hundred Thirty-five (135)feet to the Monongahela River;thence south
56-1/2-west along said river for a distance of Twenty (20)feet to a
point;thence through said lot north 4-2-west for a distance of
Three Hundred Twenty-two (322)feet,more or less,to Bow Street;
thence North 56-~/2-east along Bow Street for a distance of Fifty (50)

Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in Deed Book Vol.
650,Page 372;the said Charles Burton Kerr having died November 1,
1947,the full fee simple title in ~nd to the said premises became
vested in his wife,Rosetta Kerr,alk/a Rosetta Lanham Kerr,alk/a
Mrs.Charles B.Kerr,by operation of law.
