1.The decedent"Gertrude L.Creighton died on May 23"1971
residing at 825 South Main Street~Washington"Pennsylvania.

3.The decedent died intestate survived by the petitioner"another son

John M.Creighton of R.D.Bentleyville,Pennsylvania and a daughter Beulah
Blaney of 6583 LaLuna Avenue"Twenty"'Nine Palms.,California.
4.The decedent had on deposit in the Crossroads Office of the Union
National Bank of Pittsburgh at the time of her death an account in the sum of
Two Thousand Six Hundred Four and 55/100 ($2"604.55)Dollars,which re...
presented the decedents entire estate.
5.The decedent was at the time of her death a patient in the
Presbyterian Home located at 825 South Main Street.l Washington,t Pe~s:rlvan·a.
6.Prior to her entry into the Presbyterian Home the decedent had
agreed to pay unto the Home any sums of money which came into her possessi(n
subsequent to her admission and the sum described i~paragraph 4 was in-
herited by the decedent subsequent to her admission to the Home.
7.The names of all unpaid claimants of the decedents estate are as
follows:
