SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,both real and
personal,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,RUTH M.GILLESPIE,her heirs
and assigns,conditioned,however,that in the event of her death in my lifetime
or in the event of her death within the period of Thirty (30)days atter my
death said devise and bequestot.the residue shall lapse or be divested,and in
either event.I give,devise and bequeath said residue of my estate .in equal share
to my children,GENE C.GILLESPIE,DELORIS R.WAIT and SANDRA KAY GILLESPIE,their
heirs and assigns.I declare it to be my intention that should my .wife,RUTH M.
GILLESPIE,.be living at the expiration of Thirty (30)days from the date of my
death the estate hereby devised and bequeathed to her shall vest in her abso1utel
and in fee simple,free of all conditions.
THIRD.!I nominate and appoint my daughter,DEWRIS R.WAIT,Executrix of
thiS my Last Will and Testament,and in the event that she is unable to act I
