The petition of MARY IMOGENE ROSS,respectfully~(
represents:
1.That Linda R.Roney;died March 12,:1971:,intestat ,
a resident of Hopewell Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That Letters of Administration were granted to
your petitioner on June 9,1971,by the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania.

property at the time of her death:
ALL those certain lots of ground situate in the
Borough of Claysville,Washington CQunty,Pennsylvani ,
being known and designated as Lots Nos.1,~and 3
in Block No.2 in the Gardner Addition to the Borough
of Claysville,each of said lots fronting 38 feet on
Hilton Street and extending back therefrom uniform
width 105 feet to Alley B.
SUBJECT to the exceptions,reservations,restric
tions and conditions set forth or referred to in
prior deeds in the chain of title.
BEING the same as'conveyed to Paul E.Roney and
Linda R.Roney,his wife,by deed dated April 4,1962
and recorded in the Recorder's Office for said County
in Deed Book 1125 page 533.The said Paul E.Roney
died January 9,1969,whereupon the entire title to
said lots of ground vested in the said Linda R.Ron~y
as survivor of the tenancy by the entireties.The
said Linda R.Roney died March 12,1971 and Letters
of Administration upon her estate were issued by the
Register of Wills of Washington County on June 9,197 ,
to Mary Imogene Ross.
4~That your petitioner has entered into an agreemen
to sell the real estate described above to Paul I.Vanderhoof and
Carol R.Vanderhoof,his wife,for the price of,$7,500.00,a copy.
of said agreement of sale being attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
5.That attached hereto are affidavlts of t~o.
responsible persons familiar with real estate values ceftifying
that $7,500.00 is the fair market value of said property and a
better price than could be obtained at public sale .

6.That petitioner has not completed.her investigation
of the assets.of said estate and has been unable at this time to
file an Inventory appraisement of said assets.
7.That security in the amount of $1,000.00 ,has been I
entered by your petitioner with the Register of Wills for said
county with Travelers Indemnity Company as surety.
WHEREFORE,petitlonerprays Your Honorable Court under
