LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I,ETHEL SUSAN BROWN,formerly ETHEL SUSAN HUNT, of the Borough of McDonald,County of Washington and Common- wealth of Pennsylvania,peing of sound mind and memory,do make,publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and declaring null ?lnd void any and all wills and codicils by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST:I direct my just debts and funeral expenses _ shail be paid as soon after my death as shall be practicable. It is my desire that interment be in the cemetery lot in Glenview Cemetery next to my deceased first husband,Clarence Hunt. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to my sister, PEARL LYONS,my diamond ring. THIRD:Ail the rest,residue and remainder of my . estate,real and.personal,I give,devise and bequeath in the following manner: (a)I give,devise and bequeath one-third (1/3) of·said remainder of my estate to my sister,PEARL LYONS. (b)I give,devise and bequeath one-third (1/3) of said remainder of my estate to my step-grandson,CLARENCE G.MADDOX.
