FIRST PARCEL: ALL that certain lot of ground situate
in the. Village of Independence, Independence Township,
Washington County, Pennsylvania, more fully bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a post on the north side of
State Highway Route No. 31; thence by said highway,
North 86 3/4° West 38 feet 10 inches to line of lot
now or formerly of Mary M. Pyle; thence by line of
.lot of said Mary M. Pyle, North 1 1/2° West 118 feet
to a point; thence by the same, North 86 3/4° West
21 feet 2 inches to an alley; thence North 1 1/2°
West 12 feet to an intersecting alley; thence South
87° East 62 feet to a post at the corner of Lot No. 11
in the plan of said village; thence by line of Lot

on the day of A. D. 19 71 , before me,
Russell Marino , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of George W. Pollock
late of Independence Township in the County aforesaid, deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and

the Executor in said Will and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office pr.escribed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Russell Marino , Register as aforesaid, do
grant these LETTERS TEST AMENT ARY, unto the said
E. J. Julian
committing unto him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring him
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at Washington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to r.ender a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

I, GEORGE W. POLLOCK, of Independence Township, Washingto
County, Pennsylvania, do hereby make this, my Last Will and Testa-
ment, hereby revoking in full any and all wills by me heretofore
made.
FIRST: I direct my personal representative herein-
after named to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND: It is my desi~e that I be buried in the
grave lot next to my wife, DORA POLLOCK, in the Independence
Cemetery in Washington County, Pennsylvania, and that a suitable
headstone be provided ,to mark the combined grave site.
THIRD: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my
property, whether real, personal, or mixed, of whatsoever nature
or description, and wheresoever situate, including my house_and
two lots in Independence, Pennsylvania, I give, devise, and ·bequeathll
unto my niece, GRACE MENEELY, of Independence, Washington County,
Pennsylvania, to be hers, absolutely forever.
FOURTH: I appoint E. J. JULIAN, ESQUIRE, Executor
of this, my Last Will and Testament; but in the event that E. J.
Julian, Esquire, is for any reason unable to serve as my Executor,
I name my niece, GRACE }ffiNEELY as Executrix of this, my Last Will
and Testament. In no event shall my personal representative be re-
quired to give bond, whether or not he or she is a resident of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
