SECOND: In the event that I, HUGH 0 1 ROURKE, should predecease my wife., Helen M. 0 1 Rourke, it is my desire that all my property, both real and ~sma~ shall go to my wife, Helen M. o~Rourke to be hers absolutely, and I do hereby constitute and appoint her to be the Executrix of my Estate and furt_!ler direct that no bond shall be required of her. THIRD: In the event that I, HELEN M. o~ROURKE should predecease my husband, Hugh O)Rourke.~ it is my desire that all my property, both real and personal shall go to my husband, Hugh 0 1Rourke to be his absolutely, and I do hereby constitute and appoint him to be the Executor of my Estate and further direct that no bond shall be required of him. FOURTH: In the event that both of us should die simultaneously or meet our death in a common disaster, it is our desire that all the property that we may possess, both real and personal, shall go to Alexander Hugh 0 1Rourke of Cecil, Pennsylvania. However, should the said ::OEORGE B. STEGENGA ATTORNEY AT LAW WASHINGTON' TRUST BlDG WASHINGTON. PA. Alexander Hugh 0' Rourke predecease us, then in that event, all our property aforesaid shall go to his wife, Jacque lin O'Rourke, and to his surviving issue. FIFTH: In the event of our simultaneous death as aforesaid, we do hereby nominate, constitute and appoint Alexander Hugh O)Rourke to be the Executor of this~ our joint Last Will and ·Testament, and do further direct that no bond shall be required of him. However, should the said Alexander Hugh 0 1Rourke predecease us, then in that event, we do hereby constitute and appoint his wife, Jacquelin 0 1Rourke, to be the Executrix of this., our joint Last Will and Testament, and further direct that no bond shaH be required of her.
