TURCKE, of South Strabane Township, ~'lashing ton County, Pennsylvania, do make this my Last \-!ill and Testament, hereby revoking in full any and all wills heretofore made by me. FIRST. I direct· my Executrix,-hereinafter named, to pay all my debts and funeral expenses. SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Eveline H. Turcke, all the rest, residue and rema~nder of my property, real, personal, and mixed, ·of Hhatsoever nature or kind, and wheresoever situate, of which I shall die seized and possessed or of which I shall be entitled to dispose at my decease. T;:-URD. In the event that my wife, Eveline H. Turcke, shall die during my lifetime, I give, devise, and bequeath all the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, aforesaid, to my two sons Allen F. Turcke anct Donald A. Turcke, in equal proportion • . . FOURTH. In the event that my wife, Eveline l"l. Turcke, shall die during my lifetime, and in the event that my son Donald A. Turcke, is still a minor at my death, I do hereby appoint my soh, Allen F. 'l'urcke to be guardian of the per son and to be guar- dian of the estate of my said son,_ Donald A. Turcke, during his minority. LASTLY, r: nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, Eveline M. Turcke, to be Execu.trix of this· my Last \vill and Testament. Deceased. ) ) ) ) NO. TURCKE, ) ) ) PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF AN ESTATE OF LESS THAN $5,000.00 TO THE HONORABLE, P. V. MARINO, JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The petition of EVELINE M. TURCKE respectfully represents: 1. The decedent, Andrew G. Turcke, died testate on August 21, 1970, a resident of South Strabane Township, Wash- ington County, Pennsylvania. 2. Decedent's Will was probated in the Register of Wills Office of Washington County, Pennsylvania, on June 2, 1971, and Letters Testamentary were issued to your petitioner. 3. The decedent left as his entire estate in the Common- wealth of Pennsylvania, the following described personal property: (a) 133.979 shares of The One William Street Fund, Inc. a mutual fund, registered in the name of Andrew G. Turcke, which had a value at the time of decedent's death of $11.69 per share, and a total value of $1,566.21 4. By the terms of his Will, a copy of which is attached hereto, the decedent left his entire estate to your petitioner, his surviving widow. 5. There are no unpaid creditors of the decedent, and the funeral bill has been paid in full. 6. Your petitioner was in family relationship with decedent at the time of his death. WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that your Honorable Court award and set aside to her the above stated personal property on account of her family exemption, all in accordance with the provi- sions of Sections 202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18, 1945, P.L. 512, as amended, and the rules of your Honorable Court. .,-.-.... ~ .. : .. Turcke, which had a value af the time of decedent's death of $11.69 per share, and a total value of $1,566.21 be and is hereby awarded and is set aside to Eveline M. Turcke, surviving widow of the decedent, on account of her family exemp- tion, agreeably to the provisions of Sections 202"arid 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18, 1949, P.L. 512, as amended, and the rules of this Court.
