addition the cemetery lots that were specifically devised •. nor did
we list them in the inventory because there were two, and they are
of such little or no value that it did not seem necessary to do so
under existing law. The only asset in the estate was the real estate
and the two legatees have advanced the monies necessary to preser e
the same in kind in equal shares.
