McCREIGHT: May it please the Court, we filed our appearance II. 0 on behalf of the Executrix and the Petition Sur Audit and the other necessary papers. We call attention to two matters. There is a claim of which the Executrix has knowledge, but which is denied by the Executrix. This is a claim of the Longines Symphonette Soc ety for ac:set of Dean Martin records which was sent to the decedent prior to her death, but was not ordered by or used by the decedent :,• , 2 --Q·--------~~--------------------------------------~--~------------------~------ I I ' < ~ < > .J > U) z z Ill II. i e ~ z x Ill < 3: ..: ~ II: l-UI 0 .J -"( u c :I ., And the Executrix has been plagued by numerous letters from the Society and from v~rious credit services in New York. The claim is in the amount of $18. 17 and is denied. The second matter to which I would call attention is that the Executrix has had to contribute the sum of $1, 916.00 in relief of the real estate. FurthEr, the real estate was devised to her subject to charges in favor of hEr brothers and siste·r in the amount of $500.00 each. These charges -have been paid in full by the Executrix and releases and receipts are enclosed with the file .. And in addition, a blanket release and receipt has been filed of record in the hecorder's Office. We then- fore respectfully suggest that the residue of the estate which will consist substantially only of the real estate, be a.Warded in kind to the Executrix as assignee and devisee. ~ THE COUhT: What was the name of the record company that N ai II: 5 0 had the claim? ~ MR.
