The petition of KATHRYN QUADER, respectfully represents:
1. That ANTHONY QUADER, residing at Box 45, Atlasburg, Smith
Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, died intestate on the 18th day of
November, 1970.
2. That Letters of Administration were granted to your petitioner,
KATHRYN QUADER, on May 25, 1971, by the Register of Wills of :Washington County.
3. That an inventory was filed on June 'f , 1971, showing the total
value of the decedent's property as $ 2,065.00; the value of premises being
sold being include~ in the amount of $ 625.00.
4. That bond has been entered by your petitioner·in the amount of
$ 4,000.00.

6. That Anthony C. Launder, II, and Marie Launder, his wife,
desires to purchase the said lot on Washington Street, Borough of Burgettstown,
.. ~ Washington County, Pennsylvania, for the sum of $ 2,5ooroo free and clear of
encumbrances, said real estate being more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
ALL that certain lot of ground situate in the Borough of
Burgettstown, in Washington County, Pennsylvania, described as follows:
BEGINNING on the line of Washington Street at the corner of lot
formerly of W. M. McMurray; thence by said street North 16° West twenty-five
(25) feet to the corner of lot now or formerly of Clara Weaver; thence by said
lot North 74° East forty-four and one-half (44 1/2)' feet to a ten foot alley;
thence by said alley South 16° East twenty-five (25) feet to the aforesaid
McMurray lot; thence by the line of said McMurray lot South 74° West forty-
four and one-palf (44 1/2) feet to the place of beginning. Also, all the
other lot in the rear of the lot above described as follows:
BEGINNING at the corner of lot now or formerly of Clara Weaver
on the East side of the public alley mentioned above; thence by said Weaver
lot in an easterly direction twenty-eight (28) feet nine (9) inches to the
line on lot now or formerly of Rebecca J. Malone; thence by line of said

As to such tax that is paid within three months from date of death, a five (5%)
percent discount is allowable. As to any tax that remains unpaid after nine (9) months
(fifteen months when death occurred from December 22, 1965 to June 16, 1971, inclusive;
and twelve months when death occurred prior to December 22, l965) from date of death,
interest at the rate of six (6%) percent per annum is charged.
Any party in interest who is aggrieved by an appraisement may appeal therefrom
as provided by law.
