Esquires, and pr~ys your Honorable Court as follows:
1. The deceased, DAISY B. JOHNSON, died on
April 15, 1971, intestate, a resident of the City of Washington,
Washington County, Pennsylvania, at the address 245 Hayes Avenue,
Washington, Pennsylvania, 15301.
2. Your petitioner.:is·the surviving spouse of
the deceased, Daisy B. Johnson.
3. ' The heirs at law of the estate of Daisy B.
Johnson are as follows:

4. A claim for the family exemption has been made
, by Bruce Johnson, a copy of which is attached hereto, made a part
hereof, and marked Exhibit "A".
5. The deceased, Daisy B. Johnson, died possessed
of personal property valued at $155.00 as set forth in Schedule
"1".
6. The-debts, claims, and expenses of the estate
.l total $1564.40, as shown by Schedule 2.
7. All the debts, claims, and expenses of the
estate set forth in Schedule ''2° have been paid except those
'items marked by an asterisk.
8. An inheritance tax return, form RCC-103, for
/ insolvent estates is attached herewith marked Exhibit "B", and . "'
discloses that the estate _is insolvent and no inheritance tax is
due and owing.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
-to grant the petitioner the power: to collect and liquidate the
assets of the estate; ·to pay the outstanding debts, claims, and
expenses of the estate as set forth in· Schedule "2"; and to
distribute the balance of the estite to Bruc-e_ Johnson, the sole
heir at law; as pi:ntia!'_satisfaction ·o"f -the' family exemption

. ·cLAIM FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
I, BRUCE JOHNSON, 245 Hayes Avenue, Washington, Pennsyl-
vania, certify that I am the surviving spouse of the deceased,
Daisy B. Johnson, that she died on April 15, 1971 and that we
resided in the same household.
I hereby make· claim for the Family Exemption permitted
by the applicable Act of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsyl-
vania, in the amount of One Thousand Five Hundred and 00/100
Dollars ($1,500.00) or the total of said decedent's estate, which-
ever is less.
However, I defer this claim to the payment of the
administration expenses.

authority to collect and liquidate the assets of the estate, and
specifically to close .out the Christmas Savings Account No.
6032366 at Mellon National Bank and Trust Company in the amount
of $155.00; to pay the balance 6f the estate after the payment
of.administration fees and costs to Bruce Johnson, as partial
satisfaction of the family exemption claimed by him; and it is
ORDERED and DECREED that receipt f6~ the payment ordered herewith
be procured and filed in the Orphans' Court Division of the Court
of Common Pleas of Washington County, at No.
