This estate is so hopelessly insolvent that after I conclude my remarks, your Honor may appoint a guardian for me. Joseph Johnson died and his executor is Reverend Hopson as I'm sure your Honor knows. At the time of his death, the only asset he owned was a very dilapidated house. As a matter of fact, he owes me personally money, at the time of his death. He would come up an~ pay his taxes and he owes something like $700.00 in taxes. Since the time of his death, I have personally advance from my own funds $1,038.98 in an attempt to keep the property from being sold at tax sale. But in the meantime the,Department of Health con- demned the property and the last I've known is the property was torn down and sold for tax sales. There W@~ nothing left. THE COURT: Well, why don't you just file an insolvent--- MR. FERGUS: That's what I'm going to do. I just wish this one would go away.
