Hamilton, ) No. of 1971 ---- Deceased ) DECREE ~ AND NOW, this· ~f:aay of May, 1971, the foregoing Petition for settlement of an estate less than $s,ooo.oo, and for Family Exemption having been presented to the Court, and upon due consi- deration thereof, it is hereby directed that the Bureau of Motor Vehicles, Department of Revenue, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, is hereby authorized and directed to transfer title to the 1962 Ford Thunderbird, manufacturers no. 2Y83Cl42990, title no. Dl9310166, to Mary A. Hamil ton, Petitioner, and the Weirton Steel Co., ·is J hereby authorized to pay to Mary A. Hamilton, Petitioner, the total sum of $3,261.47, being the total amount due for wages, 1970 vacation pay and 13 weeks vacation pay due her deceased husband, Alfred_C. Hamilton, and that a certified copy of this Decree and the recognition thereof by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles and Weirton Steel Co., shall relieve them of any further responsi- bility in connection therewith; and said distribution as aforesai ...
