ANSEIMINO , a minor PETITION The Petition of Patricia Anselmino, parent and natural guardian of Robbin C. Anselmino, a minor, respectfully represents as follows: 1. That Rollin C. Anselmino resides with her parent at Main Street, New Eagle, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and is sixteen (16) years of age, born September 5, 1954. 2. Your petitioner is the parent of the minor and resides at Main Street, New Eagle, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 3. That the minor is in need of the appointment of a Guardian of her estate since the minor is entitled to receive certain proceeds from the settlement of a damage claim. 4. The Western Pennsylv~ia National Bank, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is the proposed Guardian of the estate of the minor and their consent is hereto attached and made a part of this proceeding. 5. That the proposed Guardian ha~ no interest adverse to the minor and is not the fiduciary or an officer or employee of the corporate fiduciary of an estate in which the minor has an interest nor the surety or an officer or employee of the coryorate surety of such a fiduciary. 6. The minor is entitled to receive the sum of $30,000.00 by virtue of the settlement of a wrongful death claim at No. 67-109S in the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, which is the sole asset of the minor's estate. . - 7. The minor has no claim against the United States Veterans Administration. 8.
