devisees, of all the right, title and interest of th~ devisor in
and to parcel of real estate described as follows, viz:
ALL that certain parcel or lot of land, situate in the
Second Ward of the City .of Monongahela, Washington County, Penn-
sylvania, and being ·Lot No. 11 in a Subdivision of the Mary
?~rrison Property, as laid out by Alex L. McVicker, Registered
Engineer, on October 17, 1945, and which parcel of land is
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point marked by a stake on the Western
side of Jackson Street, which said point of beginning is located
as follows: Beginning at an iron pin situate at the southwest
intersection of the Western line of Jackson Street with the
Southern line of Marne Avenue; thence, South 35° 45' West, a
dis~ance of 95 .. 61 feet to an i~on pin; thence, South 44° 45t West,
a distance of 337.86 feet to a stake, being the point of beginning,
first hereinabove mentioned; thence, from said point of beginning
and along the Western line of Jackson Street, South 44° 45' West,
38.59 feet to a stake at the Northeast corner of land of Pauline
Barber; thence, along said last mentioned land, North 38° 07'
West, a distance of 132.12 feet to a stake on the Eastern line of
Pleasant Alley; thence, along the Eastern line of Pleasant Alley,
North 44° 45' East, a distance of 30 feet to a stake; and thence,
' South 41° 50' East, .a distance of 131.32 feet to the stake at the
point of beginning; and upon which land is erected a two story
frame dwelling house.
BEING the same premises which Jane Cole, widow, et al.,
by deed dated May 21, 1951, and recorded in the Office of the
