The petition of Flora M.Green respectfully represents:
1.William V.Green died intestate on February 12,1971
with his last residence at 78 Latimer Avenue,Strabane,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.No letters have been granted with respect
to his estate.
2.At the time of his death decedent owned the following
items of personal property:

3.Your petitioner,Flora M.Green,is decedent's surviving
spouse~In addition,de~edent left to survive him three
children,Elizabeth DiPerna,Suzanne V.Green and Sarah L.Green.
Suzanne V.Green was born January 9,1957 and is now 14 years of
age.Sarah L.Green was born september 14,1958 and is now 12
·.
years of age.There is no court-appointed guardian for the estate
of Suzanne V.Green or the estate of Sarah L.Green.
4.Your petitioner claims her family exemption in the
amount of $1,500.00.Although decedent had voluntarily left the
family home,in which petitioner,Suzanne V.Green and Sarah L.
Green continued to reside together,he continued to support them
and at the time of his death was discussing arrangements for his
return.Petitioner claims decedent's 1968 Plymouth Fury
automobile and decedent's clothing and jewelry to the extent of
their value as a portion of her family exemption.There is no
objection to her claim.
5.The administrative expenses,preferred and other debts,
including those due the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,all of which
are unpaid,are included on an itemized list attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
6.There are no claims which are not admitted.
7.Attached as Exhibit B is the consent of the Agent of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the Collection of Transfer
Inheritance Taxes.
8.Attached as Exhibit C is a letter from Broadway Sales &
Service,Inc.showing the market value of decedent's 1968
Plymouth Fury automobile as of the date of his death to be $850.00
Wherefore,Flora M.Green prays your Honorable Court to
decree distribution of the Estate of William V.Green,deceased.
