To the Honorable Judge P.Vincent Marino,President Judge of said
Court:
The petition of Louis J.Bailey respectfully represents
1.That Peter Adamczyk a/k/a Peter Adamchek a/k/a
Peter P.Adamchek of North Strabane Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,died intestate on May 2,1971.
2.That Letters of Administration were issued to your
petitioner by the Register of Wills of Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,on May~,1971,and surety bond in the sum of

3.That by will dated January 23,1935,duly probated
and of record in Will Book Vol.52,page 335,in the Office of
the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,the
aforesaid Peter Adamczyk,was the sole devisee of ALL that certai
lot of ground situate in North Strabane Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,known as Lot No.2 in the plan of lots laid
out by Martin Hook,which plan is of record in the Recorder's
Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in Plan Book No.5,
page 22.Bounded and described as follows,to-wit:
Bounded on the northeast by Lot No.3;on the southwest
by Lot No.1;on the southeast by a ten foot alley;on the north-
west by street.
Excepting and reserving,however,the Pittsburgh or
River Vein of coal under said lot,of ground,together with the

mining rights and privileges that may have heretofore been
conveyed.
Being the same lot of ground conveyed by Andy Kogut
IandSophieKogut,his wife,to Frank Adamczyk and Mary Adamczyk,
his wife,by deed dated May 16,1925,and recorded in the
Recorder's Office of Washington County in Deed Book Vol.532,
page 103.The said Mary Adamczyk died on the

4.That your petitioner has been offered the price
of $2,500.00 for the aforesaid property,said offer having been
made by Louis J.Bailey,Jr.and Lucinda Bailey,his wife.This
amount is the best and highest price your petitioner is able to
obtain for said property.Said offer is satisfactory to P~ul
P.Adamchek,the sole heir,to the Estate of Peter Adamczyk a/k/
Peter Adamchek a/k/a Peter P.Adamchek.
5.That all of the debts of the decedent including
funeral and burial expenses have been paid in full.
6.That said property is assessed in the sum of
$1,530.00 as will more fully appear by refer,ence ~o Certificate
of Assessment attached hereto.
7.That due to the prolonged illness of the decedent,
the aforesaid property has become sadly in,need of repair.
That your petitioner has filed with the Register of
Wills a surety bond in the smount of $2~,000.00.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner respectfully requests ,that
an order be made setting the amount of additional bond,if any,
which he must file before accepting the purchase price from the
proposed buyers.
