PETITION IN AN ESTATE OF LESS THAN TWENTY-FIVE
HUNDRED ($2,500.00)DOLLARS UNDER ART.II,SEC.
202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949,P~L.512,
66,AS AMENDED
The Petition of Victor DeCook respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the son of Frank DeCook,
deceased.
2.That the residence of the decedent was Bulger,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died December 31,1970,at Bulger,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,and was eighty-four (84)years
of age.
1-4.That your petitioner has not applied for Letters of I
Administration and does not intend to apply for Letters and no
other person has applied for Letters of Administration to the
knowledge of your petitioner.
5.That the estate of the decedent is composed entirely
of a Social Security check in the amount of $133.00.
6.That the decedent left to survive him,the following
heirs at law,his children all of whom are sui juris:Victor
DeCook,Frank DeCook,Joseph DeCook,Andrew DeCook,Celestine
Moore,Frances Thomas,Marie Cunningham,Denise Vermeulen and
Ida Kortyna.
]1 And furthermore,there are no other.\~~irs who may have
and assert a claim for the share of the estate 'of the decedent.

7.That your petitioner is sui juris.
8.That there are no creditors of the estate,the
funeral bill to Lee Funeral Home,in Burgettstown,Pennsylvania,
in the amount of $1,400.00 having been paid by petitioner.
9.That this petition for settlement is made pursuant
to the provisions of Art.II.Sec.202 of the Fiduciaries Act of
1949,P.L.512,as amended,as Frank DeCook,deceased,domiciled
in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,in the County of Washington,
and leaving an estate composed of a check of a gross value not
exceeding Twenty-five Hundred ($2,500.00)Dollars.
10.That your petitioner request the Court to have the
total estate in the amount of $133.00 paid to hi~as partial
reimbursement of payment of the funeral bill.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to enter a Decree of Distribution of the Social Security check in
the amount of $133.00 without further notice or with such notice
as your Honorable Court may deem necessary and without grant of
letters testamentary.

Petition for settlement of an estate of less than Twenty-five
Hundred ($2,500.00)Dollars,having been presented in open Court
and upon consideration thereof am upon motion of George K.Hanna,
Esq.,Attorney for the Petitioner,it is ORDERED,ADJUDGED AND
DECREED that the cash in the amount of One Hundred Thirty-three
and no/100 ($133.00)Dollars shall be distributed in the following
manner:
TO:Victor DeCook,the sum of One Hundred Thirty-three and no/100
($133.00)Dollars as partial reimbursement for payment of the
funeral bill and theSocia1 Security Administration is hereby
directed and requested to pay said amount to Victor DeCook.
