I,MARY M.HALVONIK,Widow,of 276 W~odside Drive,Washingtonl Washing-
ton County,Pennsylvania,-J5301,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
and making void all former Wills or Codicils by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct and order that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall
by my Executor hereinafter named,be paid out of my estate,as soon after my decease
as shall by him be found convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,be it real,personal
or mixed,wherever situated,and whether acquired before or after the execution of this
Will,to my beloved children,namely:GEORGE SVITEK:HELEN SLUCIAK:AGNES
MAZZA and'ALBERT SVITEK,equally,share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint,M.E.KUSTURISS,of
1970.
