Excepting and re serving to the owners thereof,all the Natural Gas and Oil underlying said land,but no wells shall be drilled on the same for either. Being the same parcel of land sold and conveyed to Steve Sovich and Anna Sovich,his wife,by deed :0£Robert Little and Jean Little,his wife,by deed dated May 10,1924,and of record in the Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsyl- vania,in Deed Book Vol.521,Page 139.The said Steve Sovich died prior to the said Anna Sovich,Title became vested in the said Anna Sovich by operation of law.The said Anna Sovich,subsequent to the death of her husband,Steve Sovich,married Steve Miklos,who died on July 10,1970~. 3.That Steve Miklos,husband of the said Anna Sovich Miklos died on July 10,1970.The said Thomas Sovich,son of tb.e said Anna Sovich Miklos died in 1950,unmarried and without leaving issue,and thus his 1/6 interest under the Will became vested in his above named brothers and sisters,as the result thereof the titl e upon the death of the husband of the said An~a Sovich Miklos,became vested as follows:1/5 undivided interest in Mary Sovich Sirarki,formerly Mary Sovich Martin; 1/5 undivided interest in Anna Sovich Becker,whose name was misspelled Baker in the Will;V5 undivided interest in Steve Sovich;1/5 undivided interest in William Sovich,and 1/5 undivided interest in John Sovich. 4.,That said property has been vacant since the death of the said Steve Miklos,husband of the said Anna Sovich Miklos in 1970,and is now,due to weather conditions,in delapitated condition and cannot be lived in without extentive repairs. 5.That your petitioner,the Executor of the Estate of said Anna Sovich Miklos,desires to purchase said property for $3,000.00,which is the appraised value of said real estate as shown by the inventory as filed.The said property is assessed for taxation purposes at $1,150.00. 6.That,as shown by the appraisement of John McCans,a Real Estate Broker,with office in Donora;Pennsylvania,attached hereto,the proposed purchase price of $3,000.00 for said property is a fair price for said property,and in his opinion is a higher price than could be obtained at a public sale.
