PETITION TO FIX ADDITIONAL SECURITY OR EXCUSING THE SAME TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT: The Petition of Alice Mosley Patterson,Administratrix C.T.A,of the Estate of Beatrice Mosley,Deceased,respectfully represents: 1.Beatrice Mosley,deceased,late of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died testate on June 26,1963,and Letters of Administration C.T.A.were issued to your Petitioner by the Register of Wills of Washington County, pennsylvania on April 23,1971,the Executor named in said Will having pre-deceased the decedent. 2.The said Beatrice Mosley,aforesaid,died seized of the following real estate which Petitioner proposes to sell at pri- vate sale under the provisions of Section 3531 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code of 1972. ALL that certain lot of ground situate in the First Ward of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvani , bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the Northern boundary line of east Pitt Street,said point being at the Southwest corner of lot now or formerly of Wilmer Lane;thence along the lot of said Lane, North 14°40'West 55.6 feet to the line of the lot now or formerl of Hugh Williams,et ux.;thence along the lot of said Williams, South 75°52'West 40 feet to property conveyed by Mary R.Crother to said Hugh Williams,et ux.;thence along the same,South 14° 40'East 56.75 feet to East :itt Street;thence along said Street North 74°13'East 40 feet to the point,the place of beginning. UNDER AND SUBJECT TO all exceptions,reservations,ease- ments,rights of way and other conditions referred to or containe in prior instruments in the chain of title. 3.No other real estate was owned by the decedent at the time of her death,nor any personalty,except household goods.
