being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and publish this,my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any
time heretofore made.
FIRST:I hereby direct my Executor hereinafter named,that in the
event that at the time of my death,I own the real estate in the Borough of
McDonald,Washington County,Penn~ylvania,having the address of 131 Fanny Street,
to sell said property as soon as appropriate.and for cash if possible.
SEca~D:From the proc eeds of said sale,I hereby direct my Executor,
hereinafter named,.to make the followingdisbursments:
(a)To my daughter BETTY LOU RICHARDS,I give,devise and beq~eath the
sum of $3,500.00.
(b)I give,devise,and bequeath to FRANCIS M.SCHWAB,JR.,my Son,
