The petition of Mary Kairush respectfully represents:
1.That Decedent,Alberta Wright,died April 8,
1971,a resident of Westland,Mount Pleasant Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
2.That your petitioner,whose address is Box 43,
Westland,Pennsylvania,is Executrix u/w of said Decedent,to
whom Letters Testamentary were issued by the Register of Wills
for said County on April 21,1971.A copy of said Will dated
ApgllSt\d.8,1970 is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
3.Decedent was survived by her husband,Otis
Wright,who was a member of decedent's household at time of her
death and lived in a family'relationship with decedent at time
of her death and is entitled to the Family Exemption of $1500.00.
4.Decedent's Will bequeathed the residue of her
estate to her said husband,Otis Wright,who is the only person
entitled to share in said estate.
5.The estate of decedent consists of cash proceeds
received from trespass action vs.St.Margaret Memorial Hospital
amounting to $4433.52.
6.The following debts and expenses are due and
owing by said estate:
