BEGINNING at a point in the center of a Township road,at
the intersection of lands formerly of PEARL GREEN,now of HAROLD
WINTERS;thence along the center line of said Township Road in a
Westerly direction a distance of 94 feet,to line of lands now or
late of EDWARD Pl!'BELL,and LORETTA BELL,his wife;thence along
line of lands of BELL,in a Northerly direction a distance of
125 feet to a creek;thence along the line of said creek,in an
Easterly direction a distance of 100 feet to line of land formerly I
of PEARL GREEN,now HAROLD WINTERS;thence along land line of land
of said WINTERS a Southerly direction a distance of 118 feet to the
c,nter of the Township road,place of the beginning;being the
