ALL that certain tract of land situate in
Union·Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a mine spike in the center of
the Brownsville Road at the corner to lands of
Walt Keally,thence along the center of said
Brownsville Road,South 16°27'West 204.1 feet
to a mine spike:thence by same South 22°46'West
97 feet to a mine spike:thence by other lands
of the grantors,North 72°23'West 347.5 feet
to an iron pin:thence by the Pittsburgh Railway
Company,North 1°16'West 47.5 feet to a stake:
thence by same North 6°37'West 195.9 feet to
an iron pin:thence by land of Karl Wenisch and
Walt Keally,South 81°51'East 455.3 feet to a
mine spike,the place of beginning.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING,however,out of
this conveyance a right of way over and across
the above described tract for-the use of other
lands owned by the-grantors to the West thereof,
the ,center line beginning at the center of the
underpass under the Pittsburgh Railway Company
and extending South 85°53'East to the Browns-
~i~le~oad,said right of way shall be 9 feet on
each side of the center line thereof and also
excepting and reserving a right of way 12 feet
wide extending South along the Western edgeaE
said tract from the aforementioned right of way
to other lands of the grantors.

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ,for transfer inheritance tax pur-

4.The property is described as follows:

Union Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
bour.ded and described as fo::'lows:
BEGINNING at a mine spike in the center of
the Brownsville Road at the corner to lands of
Walt Keally,thence along-the center of said Browns-
ville Road,South 16°27'West 204.1 feet to a

the time of the closing.Said sale is subject only to the appro'lal
of the Court of Common Pleas of Wa~hington County,Pennsylvania.
The purchasers are not related in any manner to the seller..A
copy of said agreement is attached to this petition and marked
Exhibit "A".
6.The parties in int-arest are as follows:David
Robert Haberstock,son of the decedent and Executor of this
estate,who is sui juris,and Frank Clarence Haberstock,son of
the decedent,who is not sui juris and is presently age 15.
WHEREFORE,David R.Haterstock,Executor,requests
this Court to enter an Order app~ovi~g said =ale and directing
that the necessary bond be set in an amount at the Courtts
discretion.

0=Wills office on April 4,l~73.Al~efforts to locate the Executor
have been fruitless.We have contacted the rela~ives of the Executor
and it seems that he just moved awa:r and left no forwarding address.
Since the Tax due is only $89.17 with interest till 7-22-76 of $22.0:1.
b~inging the total of tax due to $111.13.It is worthless to try to
collect this money,I recomend that thi3 estate be marked closed.
The property was sold on June 14 1973 with permiasion of the court
and no additional bond was required.The grantees were Albert J.Weber
and his wife Madelyn who were not related in any manner to the seller3.
