1.That the name of the decedent was James Moore who resided in
,the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,Penrsylvania.
2.The decedent died.intestate,:m June 20,1966.
3.That the only assetE decedent h:Jd upon his death were -hree (3)
shares of Common Stock of Continental Ccn Company.Inc.;share certificates nUr1bers:
C0194548,SU0037174,F1l2593.Sul:sequent to the decedent's death,said steck
split and two (2)additional shares of ComTion Stock of Continental Can Company,Inc.
were issued to the decedent,said shares were number~d SF0091135,and SFOJ49354.
4.Your Petitioner is he surviving spouse of the decedent.and requests...
your Honorable Court to award the said five (5)share:>of stock to her pursuan;-to rer claim
of exemption.
5.The decedent left r,o will and C:ied intestate.
6.There were no creditors and thct all claims,bills and cthervvise
that decedent owed at the time of his dear\'have been paid.
