Pursuant to Section 1001(1)of the Inheritance and
Estate Tax Act of 1961,a PROTEST is filed against the Common-
wealth's appraisement filed October 21,1974,in the above estate.
The executor,Stanley Kazaric:<.,filed an inheritance tax
return reporting the following:
1.Real Property,premises 345 Liberty Street,Washington,
Pennsylvania,valued at $8,000.00
2.Jointly held savir.gs account number 3812,having a full
value of $3,328.8C,one-half (~)th~reof or $1,664.40 being
taxable.
In preparing his appraisement the Commonwealth's appr~i~er
failed to include the savings account as a taxable asset.This
acti~n has the effect of declaring this property not taxable.
