J -' '.8.That your Petitioner believes that she should be awarded One Thousand Five ~-{undred I'olla rs ($1500.00)of 'the sa i d Black Lung Benefits as her family exemption and the balance of $16.90,of said benefits to her as partial reimbursement to her for her payment of part of said funeral bill 9.Wherefore Petitioner p~ays that the Court direct distribution of said property and s~id estate as,requested,under section 202 of the Fiduciaries act 0f 1949 as amended.
