To the Honorable P.V.Marino,President Judge of said Court:
The petition of Hazel I.Jerkins,Ad]inistratrix of
the Estate of Irene Fleegle,deceased~respectfully represents:
1.That Irene Fleegle,late r~sidelt of Union Town-
ship,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died in:estate on February
24,1971.
2.That an Inventory arid Appraisement of the real
and personal property of ,the decedent 1as been filed of record:
the value of the real estate included ther€in ts the sum of
$6000.00;and the value of the personal estate is $646.24.
3.That your petitioner has filed her bond in the
amount of $500.00 with the United States Fidelity and Guaranty
:ompany as surety thereon.
4.That the decedent died seized of the following
described real estate,viz:
ALL those two (2)certain lots or parcels of land
situate principally in the Township of Unicn,Cmunty of Washing-
ton,State of Pennsylvania,with a very small p-ece thereof
