The Petition of Paul Plesz respectf"llly represents:
1.That he is the b-:.-other of Peter Plesz,a former resident of
160 Charles Street,Washington.Pennsylvania,who died intestate on March 16,
1970,leaving to survive him a.;his sale heir at law,Martha Plesz,hiE
mother.
2.The said Martha ?lesz died on August 7,1974,leaving to
survive her,her children,Pau~Plesz,a son;Margaret Patalan,a daughter;
Patricia Gniewkoski,a daughte=;and Ann Graz~ani,a daughter.
3.That Peter Plesz owned,at the ~ime of his death,a house
trailer and a United States Se=ies E savings bond,issued on October 9,1942,
with Martha Plesz named as the payee on death
4.The said savings bond was not cashed prior to the death of
Martha Plesz and was recently discovered among her affects and the house
trailer was recently sold for the sum of Two Hundred Fifty ($250.00)Dollars.
The value of the savings bo~d presently is NiLety-seven and 50/100 ($97.50)
Dollars.
5.There are no debts of either decedent renaining unpaid and the
funeral expenses have all been paid and your Fetitioner prays your
Honorable Court for authority to cash in the said bond and to sell the said
trailer and to divide the proceeds among the members of his family.
AND he will ever pray,etc.
