Agostoni, Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth T. Agostoni, deceased, will convey to Joseph Agostoni, Jr., and Paula Agostoni, his wife, Tract "One" in said Will of Elizabeth T. Agostoni, deceased, for and in con- sideration of the sum of SIX THOUSAND ($6,000.00) DOLLARS. Realty transfer stamps shall be paid by the Buyer. 2. That each of the specific devisees of said Parcel "One" shall receive the net sum of NINE HUNDRED.-($900.00) DOLLARS each in full satisfaction of all their right, title and interest in the property so conveyed in the Estate of Elizabeth T.
