KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: Whereas, at Washington, in the County aforesaid
onthe 29th. day of March A. D. 19 71 , before me,
Russell Marino , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of
George A. Davis
late of Monongahela in the County aforesaid, deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and
trix Margaret Davis
the Executl§r in said Will and Testament named, having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Russell Marino , Register as aforesaid, do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
Margaret Davis
committing unto Her the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring Her
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at Washington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to r·ender a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

I, George A. Davis, of the City of Monongahela,
Washington County, Pennsylvania, having full legal capacity in
the premises, do hereby make this my Last Will and Testament,
he:reby revoking and making void any and all Wills by me at any
time heretofore· made, in manner and form as follows:
· 1. I direct my Executrix, hereinafter named, . to pay
lall my just debts, funeral expenses, and the costs of the
\administration of my estate as soon· after my decease as may be
proper and expedient.
2. All the rest and residue of my estate, both real
and personal, and wheresoever situate or found, of which I may
lidie seized or possessed, or to which I may be entitled at the
I I II time of my decease, aDd remaining after the payment of the several i
llitems set forth in the preceding paragraph hereof, I will, devise,:
!I \'1 and bequeath unto my wife, Margaret Davis, in fee simple and I .
!,absolutely; proVided, howeve~, that my said wife should survive
\\me in life. In the event that my said wife should predecease me,

As to such tax that is paid within three months from date of death, a five (5%)
percent discount is allowable. As to any tax that remains unpaid after nine (9) months
(fifteen months when death occurred from December 22, 1965 to June 16, 1971, inclusive;
and twelve months when death occurred prior to December 22, 1965) from date of death,
interest at the rate of six (6%) percent per annum is charged.
Any party in interest who is aggrieved by an appraisement may appeal therefrom
as provided by law.
