LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, CHARLES E. OLINGER, SR., of Washington, Washingto.n County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind,. memory and understanding, do hereby ·1
. make,· publish and declare this as and for my last Will and Testament, here-~
by revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and Testament or 1
writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct that all :m,y just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon as convenient after my death.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder

3. In the event that my wife, Stella Olinger, shall predecease me·
or does not survive me by a period of thirty (30} days, I give, devise
and bequeath.my property, as follows-:
a) To my daughter, Evelyn Mae Inks, I give and bequeath
my bedroom suite;
b} To my daughter, Lavina R. Snow, I give and bequeath
the davenport and drum table;
c) To my children, Hazel Lober, Lavina R. Snow, Charles
E. Olinger, Jr., Helen Marie Gorby and Evelyn Mae Inks, I give , devise
and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, share and
share alike.
4. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Charles E. Olinger, Jr.,
the executor of this my last Will and Testament, and direct that he shall not

be required to enter security in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
