PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE P. V. MARINO, JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Norman Eland respectfully represents:
1. That your petitioner resides at R. D. #1, Box 47A,
Bentleyville, Washington County,. Pennsylvania.
2. That on June 17, 1970, Joseph Eland died domiciled
at R. D. #1, Bentleyville, Washington County, Pennsylvania.
3. That the petitioner is a child of the decedent and .
is of legal age and formed part of his household at the time
of decedent's death.
4. The decedent was not survived by a spouse.
5 •. The decedent was survived by one other child,
Raymond Eland, but he did not form part of the decedent's
household at the time of his death.
6. No Letters of Administration have been granted on
the decedent's ~state, and no application for Letters of
Administration will be made on the decedent's estate.
7. The personal estate of the decedent consists of
the amount of Ninety-one Dollars and Twenty cents ($91.20) due
on the Black Lung Claim from the Department of Health, Education
and Welfare, Social Security Administration.

decedent have been ~aid.
' 9. Your petitioner:·claims ·the aforesaid amount of
Ninety-one Dollars and Twenty-cents ($91.20) as part of his
Family Exemption under Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of
1949, as amended.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner requests the court, pursuant
to Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949, as amended, to set
aside and award to him the amount of Ninety-one Dollars and
Twenty-cents ($91.20) due on the Black Lung Claim from the
Department of Health, Education and Welfare, Social Security
Administration, as a part of his Family Exemption and further
prays your Honorable Court to direct the Department of Health,
Education and Welfare, Social Security Administration, to make
payment of the aforesaid amount of Ninety-one Dollars and Twenty
Cents ($91.20) to your petitioner.
And he will ever pray.
